We are situated in a beautiful country setting that includes gardens, patios, and friendly squirrels and is only minutes from Syracuse, New York. The small town of Minoa is historically known as a railroad town which lends itself to our name. “The Crossings†came from this proud heritage and symbolizes our guests pathway to receiving quality health care for short term rehabilitation and returning home, or “making us your home†for long term care services.
Services Offered
- Our 82 bed facility is one of the smaller facilities in the Syracuse region which allows us to “get to know you better†while providing a wide spectrum of care.
- We provide short-term rehabilitation services to people who cannot immediately return to their homes because of an accident or acute illness.
- We provide long term care for people who are ill or have had accidents that have left them unable to care for themselves.
- Our highly educated health care professionals utilize a team approach working with our guest and their family to develop an individualized plan of care specific to their needs and goals.
- We closely monitor our guests, who are receiving short term rehabilitation to make sure they recover in a timely manner and are successfully discharged back home or to a lower level of care.
- Our amenities include: a professional caring staff; licensed registered nurses 24 hours a day; comprehensive rehabilitation services by qualified therapists available 7 days a week, an outstanding activity program, trips, beauty/barber shop, The Crossings Café; specially prepared home cooked meals, spacious rooms with a window view from ceiling to floor, new friends and much more.
