Celebrating 10 Years of Quality Care in the Mohawk Valley

Welcome to St. Luke's Home and Rehabilitation.

St. Luke's Home, established in 1996, welcomed the residents from both Broad Acres and Allen Calder Homes. We are now a 242-bed continuing care facility promoting a unique environment featuring an abundance of plants and animals, as well as on-site child daycare to facilitate intergenerational contact.

St. Luke's Home's approach to nursing care is different than most, as we believe that elders can continue to grow with the supportive assistance found in our Home. Our attentive and compassionate staff address the continuing care needs of our elder community as we create a home-like atmosphere for our residents.

St. Luke's Home provides 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in an environment that encourages family participation. Physical, occupational and speech therapy enhance the residents ability to participate in everyday life activities.

Emergency, surgical, and acute services are provided through Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare, located on the same Campus. Laboratory, diagnostic imaging, dental, optometry, psychiatric, pulmonary medicine, and podiatry services are provided on site.
