Here at St.Johnsville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center our nursing staff offers a team approach in the care we provide. We apply an individualized plan of care, personalized to best meet our residents' needs. Whether it's a short-term stay for rehabilitation services following an acute illness or surgery, or a long-term stay, our team's goal is to make this your home.
Our 24-hour skilled nursing services are offered by a combination of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. All our nursing services are provided under the direction and supervision of our Board-Certified Medical Director who specializes in geriatric medicine.
Our experienced team also offers services at the end of life including palliative care, with the option of additional Hospice services if desired by the resident and family.
