St. Johnland offers 24-hour skilled nursing care for residents who require long-term care or subacute services. Our beautiful woodland setting offers an excellent location and atmosphere. Our dedicated staff welcome residents with a friendly smile and years of experience.
State-of-the-art medical care is provided by our staff physicians, assisted by dentists, optometrists, podiatrists and neurologists. Together with our skilled staff of nurses and therapists, a comprehensive treatment plan is developed for each resident. Our team meets complex medical needs including wound care, pain management, respiratory therapy, enteral feeding, IV therapy, hospice and tracheostomy care.
With an emphasis on quality of life and in order to ensure that each resident achieves his optimum level of functioning, emphasis is placed on rehabilitative needs through physical, occupational and speech therapies. Our goal is to ensure that through a comprehensive, multidisciplinary program each resident can maximize his recovery and live as independently as possible. St. Johnland also offers nutrition counseling, social work services, recreational therapy, an in-house pharmacy and beauty parlor.
