Oak Hollow Nursing Center is a 164 bed skilled nursing facility located in a unique wooded lakeside community. The services provided include: Short-term rehabilitation, sub acute care, traditional long term care, an Alzheimer's/Dementia dedicated unit, a specialized bariatric program, wound care, palliative care and hospice. A team approach and nurturing environment is dedicated to promotion of recovery and meeting the medical, psychiatric, nursing, social, spiritual, and emotional needs of their residents.
Whether long term care or short term rehabilitation, Oak Hollow Nursing Center utilizes a team approach to meet the medical, nursing, social, spiritual, nutritional, and emotional needs of our residents. Our registered dietitian customizes healthy and nutritious meals for each resident. Recreational activities are unique and diverse. They include cooking clubs, photography, theater and singing groups, garden clubs, intergenerational programs, computer classes that allow our residents to email their families, and monthly parties with Long Island's best entertainers.
