The former Geneva Nursing Home was remodeled and refurbished after the Living Center at Geneva - North was constructed, and became known as Living Center at Geneva - South. The 103-bed facility, which includes Skilled Nursing beds and a Transitional Care unit, is located at 45 Mason Street, Geneva.

At Living Center at Geneva - South, everything is designed for the comfort, safety and well being of the residents. Spacious semi-private and private rooms are offered. A large outdoor patio area and gazebo are available for the enjoyment of our residents and their visitors. Three dining rooms - one on each unit - impress families and residents alike with their warm and inviting atmosphere.

Our philosophy that varied activities bring joy to our residents so they feel at home, nurtures the human spirit in all our residents. Activities that bring together our residents, their families and our communities, provide companionship and loving relationships for the residents. Additionally, the Life Enrichment Program is a comprehensive therapeutic activity program for residents with a history or diagnosis of dementia, associated depression, or who may demonstrate behaviors that are difficult to manage.

Living Center at Geneva - South also offers our Transitional Care Program, which allows patients the opportunity to recuperate and recover in a supervised medical setting following hip/knee replacements, fractured bones, amputations, or extended medical hospitalizations for pneumonia, congestive heart failure or heart ailments. The program offers 24-hour care in Skilled Nursing beds and a modern rehabilitation room dedicated to the program, provided by a team of health care professionals.
