Hill Haven offers a wide variety of health care programs designed to help our residents make the most of life during their recovery and treatment, despite their condition or illness.
We provide 24-hour skilled nursing care to those in need of care for Alzheimer's-type dementia.
Our residents have access to in-house medical care provided by physicians, nurse practitioners and a range of medical specialists. All of our staff are offered special training programs on how to care for residents with dementia and depression.
Hospital services are readily available through our affiliation with Rochester General Hospital and Newark-Wayne Community Hospital.
Hill Haven's strong commitment to community outreach helps foster close partnerships with area businesses, schools and religions as well as other service organizations - ties that reward both our residents and those in the community who serve them.
