Nursing Care
As individuals live longer, they are affected by conditions such as skin deficit, cardiac disease, renal failure and cancer - and might also be experiencing anxiety from these conditions. With this in mind, the importance of the “continuum of care†is emphasized by the nurses at Friedwald Center as they seek to provide a graceful and orderly transition for new residents, whether coming for post-operative rehabilitation, other post acute care or for long term care.
